Pricing Guide

• Property and Land Mapping Services: Starting $480.00
  Includes flight planning, imaging, and Orthomosaic processing (JPEG or TIFF). Tailored to meet the unique needs of your property, offering comprehensive land mapping solutions.  3D Descriptive Modeling/DEM/DTM available for additional fee. 

• LiDAR Scanning and Point Cloud Development: Starting at $895.00.  Includes Point cloud file in LAS, LAZ, or E57 format.  RTK-Equipped Aircraft included.  Projects requiring additional GNSS accuracy may add GNSS base station and Ground Control Points to project for additional fee.

• Thermal Inspection and Imaging: Starting at $435.00
  Utilize state-of-the-art thermal imaging to identify and analyze thermal anomalies.

• Thermal Image Analysis and Reporting: Starting at $255.00
  Detailed analysis and reporting on thermal imaging data, providing insights into your project's thermal performance.

• Forensic Imaging (Includes data delivery, and choice of JPEG or RAW files): Starting at $185.00 per hour, two hour minimum.

• General Services: $160.00 per hour 
  For additional processing, point cloud cleanup and manipulation and other data requests.

• Travel Policy:
  Complimentary travel within 15 miles of Stillwater, MN. Beyond this, travel is billed at $40.00 per hour, calculated in 15-minute increments.

Payment Terms:  Within 30 days of invoice.  We accept Check, credit cards (with no fees), Venmo, PayPal, Zelle

***DATA RETENTION SCHEDULE:  All project data is hosted securely for 60 days after delivery at no cost.  Long-term archival is available upon request for additional fee.
