ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

LAST UPDATED: [DATE] · SCENEPHOTO360, LLC

Plain summary: We built this site to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, or a magnifier. We think it's close to WCAG 2.1 AA. We don't claim it's perfect. If something on it doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll fix it — and in the meantime, we'll get you the information another way.

1 · OUR COMMITMENT

ScenePhoto360 is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology. Accessibility was a design constraint here, not a retrofit.

2 · THE STANDARD WE TARGET

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We believe this site substantially conforms. We're not going to claim full conformance, because conformance is tested and maintained rather than declared — and anyone claiming perfection on a site with rich media is guessing.

3 · WHAT WE'VE DONE

STRUCTURE

Semantic headings in order, one H1 per page, landmark regions, and a logical reading order.

KEYBOARD

Every interactive element reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.

CONTRAST

Body and interface text meets AA contrast ratios against every background used in the design system.

IMAGES

Descriptive alt text on meaningful images. Decorative elements marked as such so screen readers skip them.

FORMS

Every field has a visible, associated label. Errors are described in text, not by color alone.

MOTION

No autoplay, no parallax, no carousels. Nothing on this site moves unless you move it.

4 · KNOWN LIMITATIONS

Being honest about this is more useful than pretending otherwise:

  • Point cloud and thermal imagery. Some visualizations are inherently visual. We caption them so the finding is described in text, but the image itself can't be fully conveyed non-visually.

  • The before/after comparison slider. It's operable by keyboard, but the comparison it makes is visual by nature. Both states are described in the surrounding text

  • Third-party components. Parts of this site use Wix platform components whose accessibility we influence but don't fully control.

5 · IF SOMETHING DOESN'T WORK

Tell us. We'd rather hear it than not:

Describe the page and what happened. We'll respond, and we'll get you the information you were after by phone or email while we fix the underlying issue. No one should have to fight a website to reach a person.

6 · ONGOING

Accessibility isn't a launch checkbox. As pages are added, they're built to the same standard, and issues reported get fixed rather than logged.
