By using scenephoto360.com you agree to these terms. They govern the website. Engagements for aerial imaging, thermal inspection, LiDAR mapping, or forensic documentation are governed by a separate written agreement for that project. Where the two conflict, the project agreement controls.
2 · WHAT THIS SITE IS
Informational. Service descriptions, published starting rates, technical explanations, and anonymized case records. It is not an offer, a quote, or a contract. Rates shown are starting points; your project is priced from its actual scope.
3 · NO PROFESSIONAL OPINION IS GIVEN HERE
Nothing on this site constitutes engineering, surveying, legal, or insurance advice. We are a data acquisition provider. We do not certify or stamp surveys — a licensed surveyor does that. We do not render engineering opinions. We do not give legal advice, and reading a case file does not create any professional relationship.
4 · WHAT WE DON'T DO
Aerial data has limits, and honest ones. Thermal imaging identifies temperature anomalies; interpreting them is judgment, not certainty. LiDAR accuracy depends on conditions, planning, and control. Weather, airspace, canopy, and access all constrain what any flight can produce.
Regarding legal proceedings specifically: admissibility of any evidence is determined by the court, not by us. We produce documentation intended to withstand examination. We do not, and cannot, promise that any tribunal will accept it, or that any matter will resolve in any particular way.
5 · INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Site content — copy, design, images, case records — belongs to ScenePhoto360, LLC. Don't republish it wholesale. Quoting a passage with attribution and a link is fine and welcome. Deliverables produced for a client engagement are addressed in that engagement's agreement, not here.
6 · THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We link out occasionally. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
7 · LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScenePhoto360, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website. This clause concerns the website. Liability for project work is addressed in the project agreement.
8 · GOVERNING LAW
Minnesota law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute arising from this website lies in Washington County, Minnesota.
9 · CHANGES
We may update these terms. Material changes get a new date at the top. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
