Plain summary: We collect what you send us through the contact form and what your browser tells our host. We use it to answer you and run the site. We don't sell it. Aerial imagery we capture for you belongs to the engagement, not to our marketing department — we don't publish anything identifiable without permission.
1 · WHO WE ARE
ScenePhoto360, LLC ("we," "us") is a Minnesota limited liability company providing aerial imaging, thermal inspection, LiDAR mapping, and forensic documentation services. Our contact details appear in the footer of every page and in Section 10 below.
2 · WHAT WE COLLECT
Information you give us. When you submit the assessment request form or email us, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number, the profession you selected, the site location, and whatever you write in the free-text fields. You choose what to put there.
Information collected automatically. Our website is hosted on Wix, which collects standard technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, referring URL, and time on page. This is ordinary web analytics, not tracking you across the internet.
Information we capture on a job. Aerial imagery, thermal data, point clouds, and related files produced for a client engagement. This is covered separately in Section 6.

4 · WHAT WE DON'T DO
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers. We do not run advertising retargeting pixels on this site. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
5 · WHO WE SHARE WITH
Only where necessary to run the business: our website host (Wix), our email provider, our accounting and payment processors, and professional advisors under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where legally required — a subpoena, court order, or lawful request from an authority with jurisdiction.
6 · IMAGERY AND PROJECT DATA
Data captured on your engagement is yours. We host deliverables for 60 days at no charge; longer archival is available by arrangement. After the hosting period, we may retain a copy for our records unless you ask us not to.
We do not publish identifiable client imagery without written permission. Anything appearing in our gallery, case files, or marketing is either anonymized past the point of identification, staged for demonstration, or published with explicit consent.
7 · DRONE OPERATIONS AND THIRD PARTIES
Aerial work is conducted under FAA Part 107 from navigable airspace. Incidental capture of people, vehicles, or neighboring property can occur during a flight. We do not conduct surveillance of individuals, and incidental capture is not published, shared, or used beyond the engagement it was collected for.
8 · YOUR CHOICES
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address in Section 10. If you're in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights, we'll honor them; if you're not, we'll generally honor the request anyway.
9 · RETENTION AND SECURITY
We keep inquiry data as long as there's a reason to and delete it when there isn't. Project data follows Section 6. We use commercially reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling something.
