INTERIOR LIDAR · AS - BUILT SCANNING · E57 DELIVERY

THE BUILDING AS
IT ACTUALLY IS — NOT AS THE DRAWINGS CLAIM.

Interior LiDAR scanning for architects, general contractors, and facility managers across Minnesota and Wisconsin. A measurable point cloud of the space as it stands today, delivered in E57 for your own software. A point cloud provides spatial details in 3D space. Because the as-builts in the file cabinet are usually wrong, and finding out during demo is expensive.

NO LOGO, NO WATERMARK

White-label delivery for firms who resell

Every renovation starts with a drawing somebody swears is accurate. Then a wall turns out to be four inches off, or the duct isn't where the plan says, and the schedule absorbs it. A scan costs less than one of those surprises.

WHAT IT'S FOR

THREE QUESTIONS A SCAN ANSWERS BEFORE THE CREW MOBILIZES

Most firms own one and recommend it for everything. Here's the honest breakdown — including the cases where the more cost-effective option is the right one.

3d point cloud.jpg

EXISTING CONDITIONS

ARCHITECTS

A measurable record of what's actually there before you design into it. Ceiling heights, column locations, and structure — captured once, referenced for the life of the project.

WHAT THIS ISN'T

This is not a real estate virtual tour. If you need a walkthrough to sell a house, there are people who do that well and cost a third of what we do. This is measurable as-built data for people who need dimensions they can build against — a different product for a different job.

COORDINATION & CLASH

GENERAL CONTRACTORS

MEP routing verified against reality before fabrication. The point cloud drops into your model, and the clash shows up on a screen instead of on site at 6 a.m.

ASSET DOCUMENTATION

FACILITY MANAGERS

A permanent, measurable record of your space — for planning, insurance, lease documentation, or the next renovation. Scan once; stop re-measuring every time someone asks.

HOW A SCAN RUNS

FOUR STEPS. USUALLY ONE VISIT, USUALLY AFTER HOURS.

01

POINT CLOUDS

Square footage, complexity, access. A mechanical room takes longer per square foot than an open floor — we'll tell you which you've got.

02

SCAN THE SPACE

Occupied buildings usually get scanned after hours. Minimal disruption, no clearing the floor.

03

REGISTER & CLEAN

Scans registered into a single coordinated cloud, noise removed, ready to work in.

04

DELIVER IN E57

Your naming convention, your software. No ScenePhoto360 branding if you're passing it to your own client.

PRICING

SCOPED PER SPACE, QUOTED BEFORE WE MOBILIZE

Interior scanning is priced on square footage, complexity, and access rather than a flat rate — an open warehouse and a packed mechanical room are not the same job. Most spaces are quoted from a photo and a floor plan in under a day. Processing and cleanup beyond the standard deliverable runs $160/hour.

NEXT STEP

SEND A FLOOR PLAN. WE'LL SEND A NUMBER.

Most interior scans get quoted from a photo and a plan in under a day. No site visit needed just to price it.
