LEVEL II CERTIFIED THERMOGRAPHER · 460 + INSPECTIONS

Anyone can hand you a colorful picture with a bright spot. Almost nobody can defend it.

Commercial thermal drone inspections across Minnesota and Wisconsin. Level II certification is the difference between an image and a finding: emissivity accounted for, reflection ruled out, severity classified, and the interpretation signed. That's the version a facility manager can budget against, an adjuster can put in the file, and a court will accept

CERTIFIED THERMOGRAPHY

LVL II

Level II is not a formality. Level I is a general understanding of thermodynamics and inspections — trained to capture an image. Level II takes the science further, to better understand the scanning process and interpret what the data actually means — knowing when a warm patch resembles trapped moisture and when it's just afternoon sun on a dark membrane. Getting that wrong costs a roof replacement, or a claim.

SEE IT FOR YOURSELF

THE SAME ROOF. TWO EXPOSURES. ONE OF THEM IS LYING TO YOU.

Drag the handle. Visible light shows a roof in good condition. Radiometric thermal, flown at dusk, shows saturation tracking a seam the eye can't see.

WHAT IT ANSWERS · BY WHO'S ASKING

FIVE QUESTIONS THERMAL SETTLES BEFORE THEY BECOME EXPENSIVE

FACILITY MANAGERS

BUILDING ENVELOPE FORENSICS

Trapped moisture, insulation voids, and air leaks in commercial roofs and façades — located non-destructively, without cutting a single core sample. Verify that the roof was installed correctly to satisfy GAF warranty standards, while providing clients with visual documentation of a proper installation.

ADJUSTERS & ATTORNEYS

Objective radiometric capture for insurance claims, litigation, and warranty disputes — documented by someone who has been deposed on his own photographs and knows exactly which frame gets challenged.

DEFENSIBLE CLAIM DOCUMENTATION

SOLAR OPERATORS

SOLAR ASSET VERIFICATION

Dead cells, string faults, and electrical hot spots identified across an entire array in one flight. Protects energy yield and heads off fire risk before it's a claim.

GENERAL CONTRACTORS

CONSTRUCTION QUALITY ASSURANCE

Validate insulation installation and verify HVAC integrity while the wall is still open and the fix still costs a fraction of what it will after closing.

UTILITIES & INDUSTRIAL

CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Overheating components in electrical substations and mechanical systems — predictive maintenance with a date stamp, a severity rating, and a signature.

HOW AN INSPECTION RUNS

FOUR STEPS. USUALLY ONE VISIT.

01

SCOPE THE SITE

Fifteen-minute call. What's the question, what's the roof, what's the access. We'll tell you if thermal is the wrong tool.

02

FLY THE WINDOW

Thermal scanning is all about timing and weather. Depending on the mission, certain weather conditions must be present, and scans are
done at certain times of the day, and evening.

03

INTERPRET, DON'T JUST CAPTURE

Emissivity corrected, reflection ruled out, anomalies identified for further examination. Level II thermography provides a deeper understanding of the science.

04

DELIVER THE FINDING

Radiometric imagery plus a written report you can hand to a board, a carrier, or a judge.  Radiometric imagery plus a written report you can hand to a board, a carrier, or a judge.

TRANSPARENT PRICING

$435

THERMAL INSPECTION & IMAGING

$255

LEVEL II ANALYSIS & REPORTING

Written interpretation with anomalies classified by severity. Starting rate.

NEXT STEP

SHOW US THE ROOF. WE'LL TELL YOU IF IT NEEDS US.

If the honest answer is that a $435 flight won't tell you anything a $0 phone call can't, we'll say that too.
