That's a determination for your court and your judge, and nobody should promise you otherwise. HOW FAST CAN YOU GET TO A SCENE?

Complimentary travel within 15 miles of Stillwater; beyond that, $40/hour billed in 15-minute increments. For active scenes, call rather than email. Weather and light govern what's possible more than distance does.

CAN YOU TESTIFY TO YOUR OWN CAPTURE?

Earl has testified numerous times in both criminal and civil proceedings regarding scene documentation. Availability and scope for any specific matter are discussed case by case — that conversation happens before engagement, not after.

DO YOU WORK PLAINTIFF OR DEFENSE?

Both, and the data doesn't care which. We capture what's there. If the documentation hurts the side that retained us, that's information you needed early rather than at trial.
