We prioritize preservation of original files, file authenticity, documentation, and chain-of-custody practices to support the reliability of the work and prepare it for scrutiny, including cross-examination.Whether a particular image, model, report, or other deliverable is admissible ultimately depends on the facts of the case, applicable jurisdiction, foundation, methodology, and the court’s ruling. When appropriate, we can work with counsel to provide supporting documentation, methodology explanations, and testimony support.
